¼ cup | Graham cracker crumbs |
¾ cup | Sugar |
2 tablespoons | Sugar |
3 tablespoons | Corn Flour; Sifted |
30 ounces | Cream cheese; Softened |
1 \N | Egg |
¼ cup | Heavy cream; Whipped |
¾ teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
Preheat oven to 350øF. Butter an 8 inch Pan. Coat the bottom of pan with crumbs & refrigerate.
In a large bowl, combine sugar and cornstarch. Beat in cream cheese, then egg. Add heavy cream beating constantly. Add vanilla and beat well. Pour into pan.
Bake until top is golden ( 40 - 45 mins) Cool in pan for 3 Hours
