Junior's (nyc) cheesecake

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Graham cracker crumbs
¾ cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Sugar
3 tablespoons Corn Flour; Sifted
30 ounces Cream cheese; Softened
1 \N Egg
¼ cup Heavy cream; Whipped
¾ teaspoon Vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350øF. Butter an 8 inch Pan. Coat the bottom of pan with crumbs & refrigerate.

In a large bowl, combine sugar and cornstarch. Beat in cream cheese, then egg. Add heavy cream beating constantly. Add vanilla and beat well. Pour into pan.

Bake until top is golden ( 40 - 45 mins) Cool in pan for 3 Hours
