Jill's pork chops

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 \N Pork chops
1 cup Seasoned bread crumbs
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste
1 \N Egg; beaten
2 tablespoons Milk
½ tablespoon Butter

Combine crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper. Combine egg and milk. Dip chops into crumbs, then egg mixture, then crumbs. Melt butter in casserole; place chops in casserole. Bake at 325 for 1 hour until done.
