2 cups Jasmine rice
3½ cup Water

Rinse rice throughly in several changes of water. In a large saucepan, add the rice and water, cover and bring to a high boil.

Turn down the heat to the lowest setting and let the rice cook for 20 minutes. Fluff rice, cover and let stand 5 min
