½ cup | Cocoa |
¼ cup | Milk |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
1 dash | Salt |

In large microwave-safe bowl, place butter and milk. Microwave at High for 1-½ minutes until butter is melted. Stir in sugar, cocoa, vanilla and salt until smooth, then stir in nuts if desired. Spread mixture quickly in buttered 9 x 5 loaf pan. Cool; cut into squares. This is the best chocolate fudge recipe I found and my family has voted it #1 of all the recipes I've tried.
