1 ounce | Coconut cream |
4 ounces | Pineapple juice |
½ teaspoon | TABASCO jalapeƱo sauce |
1 slice | Pineapple; (optional) |
Place ice cubes in blender; add rest of ingredients. Blend until frothy.
Serve in stemmed cocktail or tall, thin glass. Garnish with slice of pineapple.
