MeasureIngredient
1½ pounds Italian sausage
Potato; cut in eighths
Green bell pepper; cored and quartered
1 large Onion; peeled and sliced
¼ cup Water
  Salt and pepper; to taste

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a baking dish place potatoes in a single layer. Place peppers and onion on top of potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Place Italian sausage on top of vegetables and pour in the water. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 1½ hours, remove foil and bake 1 more hour or until sausage is browned.
