Measure | Ingredient |

8 \N | Lemons (up to 10) |
1 tablespoon | Grated lemon peel |
1 \N | 1/2 c. lemon juice (up to 1) |
8 cups | Water |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
For a difference in flavor, add 2 or more cups of another fruit that is sliced, diced or pureed. Such as strawberries, cherries, watermelon, raspberries. In saucepan, bring to a boil 2 cups water and 2 cups sugar.
Let cool. Then mix together in an ice cream freezer as you would regular ice cream.
