| Measure | Ingredient |

| 2 tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
| ¼ cup | Red wine vinegar |
| 2 teaspoons | Dry oregano; crushed |
| 1½ teaspoon | Dry basil; crushed |
| 1½ teaspoon | Grated onion |
| ¼ teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| ¼ teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ teaspoon | Pepper |
Combine all ingredients. Shake well before serving. Will keep 1 week in refrigerator. Makes about 1-¼ cups.
