| 1 | Broiler; 2-1/2 lbs, cut in pieces |
| 1 | Bottle Italian salad dressing |
| 1 cup | Bread crumbs |
| Salt and pepper |
Salt and pepper chicken. Dip in dressing, then in bread crumbs. Place pieces in baking dish. Pour remaining dressing over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve over rice.
Serves 4-6.
