|⅓ cup||Olive oil|
|1½ cup||Chopped onion|
|1||Clove garlic; minced|
|2 cups||Tomato sauce|
|2 tablespoons||Chopped parsley|
|1½ pounds||Italian sausage; browned|
|1 pounds||Mozzarella cheese; cubed|
|Pizza dough (frozen bread dough)|
Saute onion and garlic in oil. Pour rest of ingredients in together. Add water; bring to a boil and simmer 2 hours.
Flatten out balls of thawed bread dough; fill with meat and cubed cheese.
Seal edges; bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with Italian sauce.
