Israeli humus spread

Measure Ingredient
1 can Chick peas
½ cup Tahini
1 \N Chopped onion
4 tablespoons Lemon juice (fresh); (4 to 5)
½ tablespoon Olive oil; (extra virgin)
4 \N Garlic cloves; crushed (4 to 5)
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste

Blend chick peas in blender until smooth. Combine all ingredients with chick peas. Chill ½ hour. Correct seasonings to taste.
