Irish's cream liqueur

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Eggs
1⅓ cup Evaporated milk
½ teaspoon Chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla
⅓ teaspoon Lemon ext
¼ teaspoon Instant coffee
1¾ cup Irish whiskey

Place all ingredients in a blender; blend well. Bottle and let mellow in frig at least one week before serving. We found this best after 1 to 2 weeks. Store in frig. liqueur may be served at room temp by removing from frig an hour or two before serving.

Use within 6 months.
