Irish cream liqueur ii

Measure Ingredient
2 eaches Eggs
1⅓ cup Evaporated milk
½ teaspoon Chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon Pure vanilla extract
⅓ teaspoon Lemon extract
¼ teaspoon Instant coffee
¼ cup Granulated sugar
1¾ cup Irish whiskey

Place all ingredients in a blender; blend well. Bottle and let mellow in refrigerator at least one week before serving. this has been found to be best after 1-2 weeks. Store in refrigerator. Liqueur at room temperature by removing from refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving.
