Irish cream #08

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (14-oz) sweetened condensed milk
1¾ cup Irish whiskey (I've substituted Canadian Club with success even though the flavor is quite different)
4 \N Eggs (fresh uncracked grade a eggs are imperative since this won't be cooked)
1 cup Cream (the calorie conscious can fool yourselves with half-half or milk)
2 tablespoons Chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon Powdered coffee
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
½ teaspoon Almond extract

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Store in the refrigerator for up to one month.
