Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Flour |
1 tablespoon | Baking powder |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
½ cup | Sugar |
1 \N | Egg, beaten |
⅓ cup | Butter, melted |
½ cup | Heavy cream, unwhipped |
¼ cup | Irish whiskey |
¼ cup | Coffee liqueur |
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Sift the first 4 ingredients together.
Stir in remaining ingredients, until moistened.
Fill paper-lined muffin tins full, and bake approximately 20 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
