inside-out ravioli

| 1 pounds | Ground beef |
| ½ cup | Onion, chopped |
| 1 clove | Garlic |
| 1 pack | Frozen chopped spinach 10oz |
| 1 | Jar spaghetti sauce with |
| Mushrooms 32 oz. | |
| ½ teaspoon | Salt |
| dash | Pepper |
| 2 cups | Shell or elbow macaroni, |
| Cooked and drained | |
| 4 ounces | Sharp shredded cheese |
| ½ cup | Soft bread crumbs |
| 2 | Eggs, well beaten |
| ¼ cup | Salad oil |
Brown first 3 ingredients in a large skillet. Cook spinach as directed, drain, reserving liquid; add water to make 1 cup. Add spinach liquid and the next 5 ingredients to meat mixture. Simmer for 10 minutes. Combine spinach with macaroni and remaining ingredients; spread in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Top with meat sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes.
