1 teaspoon | Sambal Ulek (see recipe) |
1 tablespoon | Sesame oil |
2 tablespoons | Peanut oil |
Marinate pork tenderloin in other ingredients for 2 hours in covered container in the fridge. Brown on all sides in hot pan for no more than 10 minutes. Serve with fried bananas, Serundeg (see recipe) and steamed vegetables that you have cooled after cooking reheated in oil and sambal ulek just before serving.
