Indonesian pork tenderloin

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N 1/2lb pork tenderloin
1 \N Green lemon (juice only)
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
2 \N Cloves garlic crushed
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 tablespoon Curry powder
1 teaspoon Sambal Ulek (see recipe)
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
2 tablespoons Peanut oil

Marinate pork tenderloin in other ingredients for 2 hours in covered container in the fridge. Brown on all sides in hot pan for no more than 10 minutes. Serve with fried bananas, Serundeg (see recipe) and steamed vegetables that you have cooled after cooking reheated in oil and sambal ulek just before serving.
