| 1 pack | (8-oz) cream cheese |
| 1 can | Condensed milk |
| ⅓ cup | Lemon juice |
| 1 teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
| 1 can | Cherry pie filling |
| 1 carton | Sour cream |
| Vanilla wafers |
Place a vanilla wafer, curved side down, in bottom of paper muffin baking cup.
Cream together the cream cheese and condensed milk; add vanilla and lemon juice, mixing well. Spoon into muffin cups over vanilla wafers. Top with sour cream. Bake in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. When cool, place a cherry and a little cherry syrup on top of each. Refrigerate.
Note: Small or large cakes can be made depending upon size of vanilla wafers and muffin cups.
