|12 ounces||StarKist Solid White or Chunk Light Tuna; drained|
|; packed in spring water|
|⅔ cup||Low fat mayonnaise or fat free plain|
|1½ teaspoon||Mild curry blend or to taste|
|1 teaspoon||Fresh ground cumin|
|1 teaspoon||Mild chili powder|
|¼ cup||Sweet pickle relish or chopped sweet|
|2 tablespoons||Prepared yellow mustard|
|4||Boiled egg whites; (chopped)|
|Cayenne pepper; (HOT optional)|
Mix together ingredients to combine well. Add Cayenne to taste, if desired.
Cover and refrigerate for an hour or two to let flavors combine. Makes about 3 cups.
Serve in a pita with assorted sprouts. May be stuffed in a cooked baked potato, or cooked as a casserole with cheese sprinkled on top.
