|⅓ cup||Curry powder|
|2 teaspoons||Grated lemon rind (dried)|
|¼ teaspoon||Ground cinnamon|
|⅛ teaspoon||Ground cloves|
Combine all. Store in airtight container. Yields ⅔ cup.
Mixes can be stored for up to three months. For longer storage, freeze.
