| Measure | Ingredient |

| ⅓ cup | Curry powder |
| 2 tablespoons | Cumin |
| 1 tablespoon | Turmeric |
| 2 teaspoons | Grated lemon rind (dried) |
| ¼ teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
| ⅛ teaspoon | Ground cloves |
Combine all. Store in airtight container. Yields ⅔ cup.
Mixes can be stored for up to three months. For longer storage, freeze.
