Measure Ingredient
5 teaspoons Turmeric
1½ teaspoon Dry mustard
5 teaspoons Ground cumin
5 teaspoons Ground coriander
1¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
2½ teaspoon Decorticated cardamom seeds
2½ teaspoon Fenugreek seeds

Grind to a fine powder in a small electric coffee grinder designated for this use. Shake through a sieve to remove coarse pieces or debris.

Yield: ½ cup
