Impossible ham & broccoli pie

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Frozen broccoli, thawed
½ cup Low-fat cottage cheese
3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
8 ounces Full cooked center slice ham
\N \N (lean)
1 tablespoon Chopped dried onion or
3 tablespoons Fresh chopped onion
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper (or cayenne)
4 ounces Low-fat cheese, grated
1 cup Skim or non-fat milk, minus
\N \N 2 tbsp.
2 ounces (scant 1/2) Buttermilk
\N \N Baking mix
2 \N Eggs

Chop ham, add onion, salt, pepper. Layer on bottom of 13 x 9 pan the cottage cheese and parmesan. Next layer the broccoli, ham onion, salt and pepper. Top with half the cheese. Beat milk, baking mix, and eggs. Pour over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
