| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 | Bell pepper; chopped |
| Chopped onion to taste | |
| 1 can | (12-oz) beer |
| ½ teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ teaspoon | Pepper |
| 2 tablespoons | Flour |
Mix all ingredients together. Shape into balls of desired size and drop into very hot grease.
