Hurry-up broccoli casserole

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs (10 Oz) Broccoli Frozen cut up or equivalent, fresh, thawed
8 ounces Cottage Cheese
6 ounces Cheddar Cheese -- grated
3 \N Eggs -- lightly beaten
3 tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
¼ teaspoon Pepper -- freshly ground

* Preheat oven to 350 F.

1. Mix all ingredients together, just enough to blend. Spoon into a greased 8 x 8-inch Pyrex baking dish or equivalent casserole.

2. Bake until bubbling and browned, about 30 mins. Serves 4 to 6.

Great company dish, surrounded by pureed winter squash.
