Measure | Ingredient |

2 packs | (10 Oz) Broccoli Frozen cut up or equivalent, fresh, thawed |
8 ounces | Cottage Cheese |
6 ounces | Cheddar Cheese -- grated |
3 \N | Eggs -- lightly beaten |
3 tablespoons | Flour |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
1 teaspoon | Dry Mustard |
¼ teaspoon | Pepper -- freshly ground |
* Preheat oven to 350 F.
1. Mix all ingredients together, just enough to blend. Spoon into a greased 8 x 8-inch Pyrex baking dish or equivalent casserole.
2. Bake until bubbling and browned, about 30 mins. Serves 4 to 6.
Great company dish, surrounded by pureed winter squash.
