humita (spicy corn casserole)

1 medium Size onion
½ cup Butter
4 tablespoons Cooking oil
Red chili pepper
2 larges Tomatoes -- peeled
1 1/2 lb pkg frozen corn
  Kernels or
1 can Corn
1½ teaspoon Salt
 dash Freshly ground pepper
1 cup Milk

Chop the onion coarsely. Heat the butter and oil until they arebubbly, saute the onion pieces until they are light brown, but not crisp.
