Beat eggs in 1 tablespoon milk. Heat oil in skillet and brown corn tortilla pieces until slightly crispy. Add salt and pepper in bowl with eggs and milk. Mix. Pour egg mixture into skillet with tortillas and cook over low heat until eggs are cooked.
