Measure | Ingredient |

4 cups | Whole wheat flour |
1½ cup | White flour |
1 cup | Wheat germ or bran |
4 teaspoons | Baking powder |
1 teaspoon | Baking soda |
1 cup | Cold pressed oil (???) |
2⅓ cup | Water |
Mix dry ingredients together. Add oil and water and mix. Use ¼ cup more water if dough to stiff. Bake at 350F for 60-75 minutes.
