1. OMIT STEPS 1-4.

2. PLACE 6 LB COCOA BEVERAGE POWDER IN DISPENSER CONTAINER. FOLLOW MANUFACTURER'S DIRECTIONS FOR PREPARATION AND DISPENSING OF COCOA.

3. SERVE HOT.

2. IF 6 OZ PORTIONS ARE DESIRED, PREPARE ¾ BASIC RECIPE.
