| Measure | Ingredient |

| 2 tablespoons | Kosher salt |
| 2 tablespoons | Brown sugar |
| 2 teaspoons | Ground cinnamon |
| ½ teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| ½ teaspoon | Cayenne |
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Use the rub on fowl, but especially on turkey. Excellent!!
