½  Onion (up to)
Cloves garlic (up to)
Jalapeno peppers; seeded
5 teaspoons Ground cumin
4 tablespoons Accent
2 tablespoons Oil
2 cans (16-oz) whole tomatoes
  Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients except tomatoes in food processor with a steel blade until a relish consistency. You may use a blender if you chop onion before blending. Add tomatoes and blend quickly so tomatoes are not liquified.

Sprinkle top with freshly ground black pepper and blend once more. Pour into a saucepan and heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve at room temperature or chilled. Keep refrigerated. Serve with Doritos. Will keep for several wesks.
