hot pepper burgers

  Ground chuck or hamburger
  Hot peppers; (your choice of
  ; Hungarian, Jalapeno
  ; or Serrano)
  Mayonnaise
  Mustard
  Cheddar or Colby cheese
  Cilentro; (Mexican parsley)
  Bread slices
  Salt and pepper; (to taste)

Pre-heat broiler. Form burger patties to conform to bread slices. Spread mayonnaise or mustard on the desired number of slices and place burgers on the bread slices. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and broil till melted (20-30 seconds). Slice hot peppers and place on melted cheese. Chop cilentro (2 teaspoons), sprinkle over burgers and serve. Zippy and delicious.
