Hot lobster sandwich

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Lobster; cooked and shelled
\N \N Butter
1 pint Blend; (half & half)
\N \N Toast

Break lobster into little pieces. Saute in frying pan with butter for about 3 minutes. Add blend and simmer until thickens. This will thicken after about ten to fifteen minutes.
