| ¼ cup | Butter or margarine; melted |
Drop frankfurters into boiling water; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 5 to 8 minutes. Spread bread with soft butter and mustard. Place bread slices on ungreased baking sheet and top each with cheese slice. Place frankfurters diagonally on cheese. Fold bread over to form triangle; secure with wooden picks. Brush with melted butter. Set oven control at broil 550 degrees.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat about 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Servings: 8 sandwiches
