16 ounces | Pinto beans drained, mashed |
1 cup | Shredded chedder cheese |
4 ounces | Chopped green chilies |
¼ teaspoon | Hot pepper sauce |
Stir all ingredients until well mixed. Spoon into small overproof dish. Bake at 350 degrees F 30 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 2½ cups.
