Hot beer chili

1 pounds Ground beef
1 pounds Bulk Hot sausage
1 \N Onion; chopped
1 small Garlic clove; chopped
2 tablespoons Butter
20 ounces Chopped tomatoes; can of
12 ounces Tomato paste
¼ cup Chili powder
2 dashes Tabasco sauce or more
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon White vinegar
½ teaspoon Crushed red pepper
½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon Bay leaves; crushed
12 ounces Beer

Saute the onion and garlic in butter until tender. Add the ground beef and sausage and cook over medium heat until browned. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, sauces, vinegar, peppers and bay leaves. Stir in the beer and simmer for 2 hours.
