| 1½ teaspoon | Lime juice; or to taste |
FOR EACH 1 CUP FRUIT Scrape the center fleshy part from 1 cantaloupe, seeds and juice included, into a measuring cup, and for every cup add 1 cup cold water, 1 1/2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, and 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice. Put all the ingredients together into a blender jar and blend until very smooth. Set aside in the refrigerator for a minimum of 5 hours, then strain through a fine strainer and serve over ice cubes.
