¾ cup Olive oil or vegetable oil
¼ cup Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

honey, 1 tsp. prepared mustard, ½ tsp. salt, and ¼ tsp. pepper in a tightly covered 2-cup container. Shake well. Refrigerate until serving time. Drizzle over salad.
