honey vanilla peach tea sparkler

1⅓ cup Tea concentrate (qv)
Vanilla bean, 3" piece
2 tablespoons Honey
1⅓ cup Peach nectar or juice
1⅓ cup Water, sparkling

In a 1 to 1½ quart pan, combine vanilla, honey and juice and heat till boiling. Cover and chill until cold, at least 1 hour.

Remove vanilla bean and reserve (in a tightly sealed container with sugar) for other uses.

Combine juice mixture with concentrate and sparkling water and pour over ice.
