| 1⅓ cup | Tea concentrate (qv) |
| 1 | Vanilla bean, 3" piece |
| 2 tablespoons | Honey |
| 1⅓ cup | Peach nectar or juice |
| 1⅓ cup | Water, sparkling |
In a 1 to 1½ quart pan, combine vanilla, honey and juice and heat till boiling. Cover and chill until cold, at least 1 hour.
Remove vanilla bean and reserve (in a tightly sealed container with sugar) for other uses.
Combine juice mixture with concentrate and sparkling water and pour over ice.
