| 6 ounces | Honey |
| 8 ounces | Egg |
| 3 ounces | Vegetable oil |
| 3 ounces | Half and half |
| 2 pounds | Biscuit mix |
| 2 tablespoons | Grated orange peel |
| Egg wash |
Method: Combine and mix honey, eggs, oil and half and half. Stir into biscuit mix and grated orange peel. Divide dough into 2 parts, place on floured board and roll each part into circle ½-inch thick. Cut each round into 12 wedges. Place on greased or paper-lined pans.
