Honey mustard brie almondine

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Sheet puff pastry; (8 1/2 ounces), thawed
1 \N Brie; (8 ounce) cheese wheel
2 tablespoons Grey Poupon ® Honey Mustard
⅓ cup Planters ® Sliced Almonds; toasted
1 \N Egg; beaten
\N \N Ritz ® or Triscuit ® wafers

1. Roll puff pastry to flatten on floured surface.

2. Brush top an dsides of cheese wheel with mustard; coat with almonds.

Place in center of pastry. fold pastry around chees,e trimming as necessray; seal edges. Place seam-side down on greased baking sheet.

Decorate with pastry trimming cut outs. Brush with beaten egg 3. Bake at 400° F for 15 - 18 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers.
