Honey mustard (from jane brody's good food gourmet)

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Coarse-grain Dijon-style mustard
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Honey
1½ teaspoon Hot pepper sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients until they are thouroughly combined. If desired, the mustard can be made hotter by adding cayenne.
