Honey grilled chicken

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Chicken breasts skinned and boned (6 oz ea)
\N \N Juice of 2 limes

¼ teaspoon Salt or to taste
1 teaspoon Paprika
2 tablespoons Honey
2 dashes Tabasco sauce (to 3 drops)

Place chicken in a shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients, except tomato and cilantro, pour over chicken and marinate for 15 minutes per side. Lift chicken out of marinade, broil of charcoal grill for about 5 minutes per side or until just cooked through. Discard the marinade.
