Homemade tomato sauce for those with allergies

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2½ cup Canned tomatoes
2 \N Stalks celery, diced
1 \N Smll onion, diced
1 cup Green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons Ketchup
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Vinegar

Add the celery, onions, pepper and the tomatoes, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the ketchup, sugar and vinegar. Simmer until the vegetables are cooked through. This sauce may be thickened with a gluten free flour, if desired.
