Measure | Ingredient |

2½ cup | Canned tomatoes |
2 \N | Stalks celery, diced |
1 \N | Smll onion, diced |
1 cup | Green pepper, chopped |
2 tablespoons | Ketchup |
1 tablespoon | Brown sugar |
1 tablespoon | Vinegar |
Add the celery, onions, pepper and the tomatoes, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the ketchup, sugar and vinegar. Simmer until the vegetables are cooked through. This sauce may be thickened with a gluten free flour, if desired.
