Homemade sour cream

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Margarine
⅔ cup Milk
1 tablespoon Vinegar

Combine margarine and milk in food processor or blender; mix a few seconds until smooth. Stir in vinegar. Refrigerate. (May be used in any recipe that calls for sour cream.)
