Homemade pan coat (pan grease)

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Shortening -- such as
\N \N Crisco
½ cup Vegetable oil
½ cup Flour

Blend the shortening, oil and flour until smooth. Cover and store in the refrigerator. Use to grease cake pans, muffin pans and casserole dishes. Note: A processor, blender or mixer may be used to blend ingredients smoothly.
