1 litre Double cream
1 litre Fruit puree
300 grams Caster sugar
½ litre Double cream
½ litre Milk
10 \N Egg yolks
250 grams Caster sugar
1 \N Vanilla pod
1 litre Double cream
1 litre Banana puree
350 grams Caster sugar
1 \N Shot Chartreuse

BANANA AND CHARTREUSE RECIPE

You need an ice cream machine for this recipe.

Simple recipe: mix all the ingredients together and add to the ice cream machine.

Proper recipe: boil the milk, cream, vanilla and sugar together. When boiled, pour carefully on to the yolks, mixing all the time. Return to the stove to thicken. Pass through a sieve, cool and mix together. Put into the ice cream machine.
