| 1 pint | Cranberries |
| ½ cup | Water |
| ½ cup | Sugar |
| 1 pack | (3-oz) lemon gelatin |
| 1 cup | Hot water |
| 1 cup | 7-up or sprite |
| ¼ teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 cup | Chopped celery |
| 1 cup | Chopped apples |
| 1 cup | Chopped nuts |
Boil cranberries in ½ cup cold water, then sieve. Add sugar & heat to dissolve sugar; then cool. Dissolve gelatin in hot water; cool slightly then add 7-Up or Sprite; chill. When partially thickened, add cranberry mixture, salt, apples, celery & nuts. Chill until firm. Serve on lettuce leaves with mayonnaise.
