Measure Ingredient
1 cup Brown sugar, packed
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Light cream
⅛ teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Butter
1 cup Pecans, chopped
1 tablespoon Maple syrup

Bring brown sugar, sugar and cream to a full boil for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and cook to soft-ball stage, about 234 degrees.
