CREAMY SALSA DIP
Directions: Start by lining a tray with curly lettuce, radicchio, or red and green cabbage leaves. Drain the pickle products well and arrange them on top. Include a few raw vegetables as a contrast. For the dip, combine the soup mix, sour cream and salsa. Pour into the hollowed head of cabbage and serve with fresh sliced vegetables.
