|1 bunch||Fresh parsley|
|2 larges||Scallions; cut into 1-inch pieces|
|2 cans||(15-1/2 oz) chick peas; rinsed and drained|
|6 tablespoons||Fresh lemon juice|

1. Put garlic, parsley, and scallions in a food processor, and mince.
2. Add the chick peas, tahini, lemon juice, and salt, and puree to a thick paste.
3. Store in a tight covered storage container and refrigerate.
